Online Therapy for People Who Hold Everything Together (Until They Can’t)

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Maybe you’re worried it’ll be too much, or maybe you think you should “just figure it out” on your own. But being here shows you’re already showing up for yourself—that’s half the battle.

Healing Starts Here— Without Judgement, Without Pressure

You’re not weak for needing help. You’re human. And humans aren’t meant to do this alone. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about creating space to uncover what’s holding you back, untangle the patterns keeping you stuck, and help you feel connected to yourself again—without the overwhelm. You can continue to show up for others while also showing up for yourself.

Therapy isn’t magic, but it can feel pretty close when you start to see the weight lift off your shoulders. Imagine feeling lighter, more present, and finally at home in your own life. Therapy is a chance to release the emotional weight you’ve been carrying, rebuild your confidence, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you thought you’d lost.

How Therapy Can Help You:

  • Find Clarity and Direction: Understand what's truly holding you back and create a clear path forward.

  • Strengthen Relationships: Build healthier, more fulfilling connections by exploring relational patterns.

  • Reduce Stress and Anxiety: Develop practical, sustainable tools for managing overwhelming feelings.

  • Heal Emotional Wounds: Gently explore past experiences to support meaningful, lasting healing.

My Therapeutic Approach:

  • Relational: Genuine, warm interactions where you feel deeply seen and understood.

  • Attachment-Based: Address core patterns formed from early relationships that influence your life today.

  • Holistic Care: Integrating emotional, mental, and relational wellness to support your overall well-being.

  • Strength-Based: Recognizing and building upon your existing strengths and resilience.

  • Collaborative: Working together as partners, empowering you to take an active role in your healing journey.

 FAQs

  • My session fee is $85.

  • I use a HIPAA-secure platform called TherapyNotes for our sessions, as well as for the majority of administrative needs. You will access the client portal to join our sessions, contact me via Messenger, and see billing statements.

Oregon law requires the client to be physically located in Oregon at the time of service.

  • At this time, I do not accept insurance. I am happy to provide a super bill for out-of-network reimbursement.

For more information about Superbills, please click here.

  • At the beginning of our work together, I prefer to meet with you weekly as we are establishing a therapeutic relationship. After 4-8 weeks, we can reassess the frequency of sessions.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have or aren't using insurance an estimate of the expected total charges for any non-emergency healthcare services services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask any health care provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Be sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.

  • Before our first session, I will send you Intake forms via your client portal. I will need you to complete these before attending our first session!

I would also like you to reflect on what you’d like to get out of therapy (i.e. set better boundaries with myself, process my experience with trauma, etc.)

  • Typically, the first session begins with some brief admin info and gives time to answer any questions you may have about the Intake forms. Other than that, the majority of time will be spent getting to know you and what is bringing you into therapy. I like to go at your pace which means this may carry over into our second session.

  • The duration of your treatment is individually based on your needs. Unfortunately, I am unable to give you a projected estimate. However, I do frequently check in with you to assess the progress towards your goals. Based on these check-ins, we can start talking about bringing your time in services to an end.

Whatever it is, it doesn’t get to hold power over you anymore.
